R12 Customers Standard Form Prompts User For Second Login

R12 Customers Standard Form prompts user for second Login.

Steps to reproduce:
-User logs into Oracle forms
-User enters Receivables
-User clicks on Customers Standard form
-User is prompted to login a second time.

This does not happen to all pc's.
User is able to use Oracle login at another pc and is not prompted for a second login.
The issue seems to be pc related.
