Notifications Hang on Approval of Blankets

Symptoms
On : 12.0.6 version
Find that approving from a notification in the Worklist the notification takes up to 8 minutes to clear before the approver can move on. This only occurs on Blanket Purchase Agreements (not purchase orders). The actual approval of the Blanket only takes about 2 minutes, it is just that the notifications do not release the approver to continue. Slow performance is seen in the trace file at DR$WAITING and DR$PENDING.
