Goal
After upgrading to E-Business Applications 11.5.10 ATG RUP6 the concurrent request 'Synchronize WF Local Tables' ends with error.
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
Unable to correctly update the history table - fnd_stats_hist.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APPLSYS.FND_STATS_HIST_U1) violated
