Approval Notification Is Not Received By The User Defined Under Profile OKC: Contract Approver (Doc ID 1159033.1)

The notification for approving the contract is sent to a wrong user. Not the one defined with profile OKC: Contract Approver.

Expected is that the notification will go to the user defined under profile OKC: Contract Approver.
User expects to see the notification in the Launch Contract form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service Contracts Manager.
2.  Contract Administration-->Launchpad-->Tools-->New
3. Create a new contract.
4. Submit Contract for approval.
