Symptoms
Uploading a Web ADI journal spreadsheet gives the following error in a pop up window:
500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, admin@XXXX.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Reviewing the BNE.log file shows the following:
<...> AM AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-166 ERROR The null pointer has occurred: Integrator Parameter gl:ledger was not specified.
<...> AM AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-166 ERROR Stack trace for the error: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneFatalException: Integrator Parameter gl:ledger was not specified.
