Symptoms


When attempting to navigate to a panel in an iSurvey the following error occurs:

ERROR

The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporary unavailable.

HTTP 400 - Bad Request

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

'Please click here to take the survey'

http://host:port/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=IES_ISURVEY_OARUNTIME&dID=517

First page is shown, with the buttons 'Back', 'Save for Later', 'Reset to Default' and 'Next'.

Customer clicks 'Next'

The page cannot be found
