Symptoms
When attempting to move consigned material against a Blanket Release which has currency different than the functional one the following error occurs.

Ownership Transfer Error
Transaction failed. Amount agreed exceeded
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In several forms from Inventory Responsibility when moving consigned material
2. System Throws a message that item quantity exceeds the Blanket Agreement Value.
3. Check the BPA and it has a currency different than the functional one
