Wrong Notification Date In Self-Service Termination (Doc ID 1163753.1)

When a Manager enters a Termination through Manager Self-Service, the Notification Date is defaulted as the Effective Date entered in the Termination : Effective Date Options page.

Expect to get the sysdate defaulted in the Notification Date field available in the Termination page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self-Service
2. Termination
3. Action icon for one employee
4. Effective Date : 01-06-2010
5. Click on Continue
6. On the Termination Page see :
 Termination Date : 01-06-2010
 Notification Date : 01-06-2010 is defaulted.
 This is the issue.
