What Is Difference Between OKC_K_HEADERS_B And OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B, And How To Query From Synonym OKC_K_HEADERS_B In R12?

There are changes to table names in R12 and there are synonyms now with old table names as in R11. Queries on the old table names like APPS.OKC_K_HEADERS_B return no data.  When the query is done using new table name OKC_K_HEADERS_ALL_B, it fetches data.

What is the reason and what needs to be done?
