A Spot Bid Tender Response to a Normal Tender is Automatically Setting the Tender to Accepted. (Doc ID 1165613.1)

Symptoms


When a reply is made to a spot bid it is treated as if the tender is being accepted.
Expect it to be treated as a reply and acceptance only carried out at the correct stage in the workflow.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Set up spot bidding
2 - Create shipment and send normal tender
3 - Reply with spot bid response
4 - See that tender records is in wrong status:
TENDER_OFFER_STATUS = outstanding
TENDER_ACCEPTANCE_STATUS = accepted
