Sort items By Price in Descending order does not work in iProcurement search results. Sort by Price in Ascending order works fine, but in descending order does not work. Items remain unsorted after attempting to sort by descending price order.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as iProcurement user
2. Choose iProcurement responsibility
3. Search the main store for 'Desktop'
- see results
4. Choose
Descending
Sort By = Price
5. Click Go
- the items are not sorted ** This is the problem
6. Choose
Sort By = Price
Descending
7. Click Go
- the items are not sorted ** This is the problem
8. Choose
Sort By = Price
Ascending
9. Click Go
- the items are sorted
