Goal
This note will address the following question:
How does one restrict application of a group of lines modifier to specific items
or Item Number?
Business Requirement:
Need price break modifier to apply a discount on a group of lines,
for specific items to be considered from a sales order,
for this discount based on the total item quantity.
If item quantity between 20 - 50 discount 2%
if item quantity between 51 - 90000 discount 3%
Following sales order example:
Sales Order LInes
Line 1.1 ITEM1 QTY 15 LIST PRICE 100
Line 2.1 ITEM2 QTY 10 LIST PRICE 200
Expected results:
Sum ordered quantity for ITEM 1, AND ITEM 2 = 25,
Discount for ITEM 1 is 2% and
Discount for ITEM 2 is 2%
