Unable To See VMI Items In iSupplier Portal (Doc ID 1168594.1)

Symptoms

VMI item  is not visible from iSupplier Portal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to find item in iSupplier after done all the possible set up.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Item for VMI:  <item>
2. Create Blanket Purchase Agreement.
3. Create ASL.
4. Create Instance in Advance Planning.
5. Associate Organizations to instance created before.
6. Run Standard Collections.
7. Run VMI engine.

8. Login as supplier to iSupplier Portal, not able to see <item>, for replenishment.
