Symptoms

For several party tax profile exemptions, we are unable to enter an "effective to" date because we are presented with the following error message.

Row 1 Error - Please enter a valid Effective date that is within the effective date range of Tax Rate

For example, we have several exemptions in Canada for a tax rate code "BCPST-VAT" which has 2 tax rate records...

7.5% from 01-Jan-1952 to 13-Mar-2006
7.0% from 14-Mar-2006

And the exemption has an "effective from" date of 13-Mar-2006 which is before the "effective from" of the current active record.
