12.1 Dispatch Center: Gantt Chart Button Does Not Open

Release 12.1.3 - Dispatch Center:
Find that the Gantt Chart is not getting opened in the Dispatch Center form. The Gantt Chart gets locked while changing the Task views from the Task Details form.
1. Open the Dispatch Center and click on Gantt tab.
2. Change the task view to "Assigned" from "Inbox" view.
3. Click on the task details view page.
4. Change view from "Assigned" to "All Open" view.
5. Clicked on Gantt button but Gantt Chart does not open without multiple clicks.
