Symptoms

The following errors are reported when running the Initial Request Set to load the Email Center Base Summary data:

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("BIX"."BIX_EMAIL_DETAILS_F"."PERIOD_START_DATE")
