Accounting Setup Manager: Is It Possible To Remove "Use Cash Basis Accounting" Check to Set the Method as Accrual Basis Instead? (Doc ID 1169696.1)

Symptoms

When setting up a ledger in Accounting Setup Manager (ASM), the Cash Basis Flag was set in error. This needs to be undone to set the ledger as Accrual Basis instead.
Also in Bug 16054189 another situation was identified where the issue could be reproduced during the upgrade, where the SLA_LEDGER_CASH_BASIS_FLAG is set to "Y" automatically when Accrual method is expected.
