 The purpose of this Article to guide users through troubleshooting
tips to resolve that "dreaded" error they may receive when trying
to View Report Output and Logfile from either the Oracle Applications
Release 11.5.X or Applications Desktop Integrator (ADI) v 7.0.X.

" An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File
Server connection. There may be a network configuration problem, or
the TNS listener may not be running on <nodename> "

It will direct the user to the correct configuration files in a case
where there was a Multi-Node Installation Performed or in a case
where everything is installed on the Same Server.

Also, it will cover the correct setup for a Windows Client machine
with ADI 7.0.X installed successfully but cannot View/Publish Reports
through the Request Center.
