How Does One Display and Default the "Save Attachments" Link In Self-Service ? (Doc ID 1170651.1)

Symptoms


On : 12.1.2 version, EIT and SIT


The employee attaches a file to his self service request.
The request completes the approval cycle and is approved.
The approved record is stored in database (absence or SIT) but the attachment is not available in professional interface (the attachment was available during the approval cycle in SSHR)



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Employee submits a request through SSHR after adding an attachment
2- All approvers approve the request (the attachment is available during approval cycle)
3- check approved data in the professional interface (absence or SIT data) . The attachment is not available.
