Symptoms

When attempting to run Expense Report Export, the following error occurs:


Oracle error 1422 in FDPSTP
Cause : FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA:06512: at "APPS.AP_WEB_EXPORT_ER", line 1911
ORA-06512: at line 1
