Goal


1. Briefly explain the  business difference between a Service request and a Work Request (WR) in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and how they are mapped  with work orders using an  industry example.

2. Is it possible to separate work requests for different users by  Work request type.


i.e For the Service requests, the user needs to sort on the service request type.


Service request: Define the  responsibility. Then map to service request type and then attach to the specific user so only the users service requests are  visible in  that responsibility.The user wants to do the same theing with the Work Requests. Is it possible?

 

3. How can one filter Work Requests and Work Orders (WO) making them visible by owning department?
