Leave Detail Report generates error REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred. (Doc ID 1173355.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Leave detail Report (PERZALVD.rdf) the following error occurs.

MSG-00001: PERZALVD_tmp:
REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the leave detail report by submitting the concurrent process
  2. Ensure an organizations name is selected in the report parameters
