Symptoms

When running the "Purge Logs and Closed System Alerts" (short name: FNDLGPRG) concurrent program the following error occurs in the concurrent program logfile:

Purge Logs and Closed System Alerts completed error ...
ORACLE error 4030 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16396 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_LOG_ADMIN", line 1397
ORA-06512: at line 1

 
The database alert log also shows the error in file <UDUMP DIR>/??????????.trc:

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 16396 bytes (koh-kghu call ,pmucalm coll)
