Charges: The Item Specified Is Invalid Or Does Not Exist In The Warehouse You Specified

When submitting Charges, the following error occurs:
'The Item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination.'
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create SR
2. Create Charge Line for Item
3. Click "Submit" Charge Button on SR Charge SubTab
4. Form Raises Charge Line Status Error
