OMCHECK.SQL Fails When Selecting IBY IPAYMENTS (Doc ID 1174493.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Install / Upgrade

When executing Diagnostic Apps check (OMCHECK.sql) and selecting IPAYMENTS as the parameter
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
/bin/bash: f60desm: command not found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Recently upgraded to R12.1 from 11.5.10. When running Diagnostics Apps Check Report by selecting Payments as the parameter, it fails with following error in log file:

/bin/bash: f60desm: command not found

Reports run fine when running for other products such as Inventory, AR, AP or OM. If only fails with Payments.
