When attempting to hire an employee.applicant, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Datetrack to 13-Jul-2010 > query employee number xxxx > Action=Hire Applicant > save and update.
2. Decision: Do you want to update the primary assignment? Yes
3. Decision: Do you want to retain the values of employee primary assignment for the fields which are not defined in the applicant assignment? No
