Created an RMA Sales Order and referenced the original order number. Tax is not getting calculated and shows an error message:
The system cannot determine the default tax rate for the tax and tax status. Please contact tax manager to specify a default tax rate for this tax status and date 19-Jan-2010 or to define appropriate rate determination rules
Steps tp Reproduce:
1. 19-Jan-2010: Create a Sales Order and tax was calculated as per the available default tax rate. Default Tax rate: 19%
2. 20-Jan-2010: Tax rate changed from 19% to 10% effective from 20-Jan-2010. Previous tax rate (19%) was given end date in 'Default effective from'. New tax rate is made a default rate from 20-Jan-2010.
3. Create a RMA Sales Order and reference the original order number.
Tax is not calculated and error occurs
The old tax rate is available as a default tax rate till 19-Jan-2010.
