Updates to Orig System References from Customers Online Causes PARTY_ID COLUMN in HZ_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES Table to be Null (Doc ID 1177306.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Customers Online Source Systems screen allows updates to the Orig System Reference (OSR) records when the profile option "HZ: Source System Mapping Access" is set as "Create and Update".
When the OSR records are updated from this screen, it properly inactivates the current one and creates a new OSR record with Active status, but the PARTY_ID on the new record is incorrectly set to NULL.

This NULL PARTY_ID causes issues at multiple places wherever the PARTY_ID is referenced from the HZ_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES table.
