Symptoms
When a Geography value is created (say 'AB' for Alberta) in Trading Community Architecture (TCA) Geography Hierarchy screen, the system defaults date to the system date.
When attempting to setup tax jurisdictions, EBtax doesn't allow the use of the 'Effective Date From' to be earlier than the (TCA) system date.
