Symptoms

You attempt to close a period in General Ledger(GL). You submit the program GLOCPP Periods - Close Period. The concurrent request ends in Warning and the log file shows the following message:

WARNING:

FUN_IC_PERIOD_OPEN: FUN_IC_PERIOD_OPEN

Finished executing request completion options.

Concurrent program returned no reason for failure.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. General Ledger responsibility > Setup > Open/Close

2. Attempt to close a period

3. See the concurrent request triggered shows error
