Workflow fails with 'No approver for employee'.
Initially the supervisor for this employee was end-dated but, the supervisor was reactivated and can't get the workflow restarted.
User created Journal - approved. The workflow tried to send notification to the supervisor but, the supervisor's responsibility was end-dated. Removed the end-date, ran synchronization and tried to restart the workflow. It will not restart and cannot reassign and continue to get the same message that the workflow cannot find the approver for the employee.
