R12: PA: Budgets Not Shown In The Project Home Page under the Cost (PSI) section (Doc ID 1180343.1)

Projects are budgeted with only Financial Elements. The problem does NOT exist with budgets with non-Financial Elements.

Under the >Project tab>Home subtab, the information that project managers see is the default Project Home page.  What is not seen are the budgets under the Cost (PSI) section.  Tried to run the PRC: Update Project Performance Data and the PRC: Refresh Project Performance Data, but came up with a Warning.

In another instance, see the project number has no data in the Cost (PSI) section.  Ran the PRC: Update Project Performance Data.  Went back to the Cost (PSI) section for the project, and data appears only for actuals and commitments, but no budget data is appearing.
