MSCA: ICX Language Characters For Portuguese Are Not Displaying Correctly (Doc ID 1182328.1)

Symptoms

The Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) with ICX: Language = Brazil Portuguese setting shows the screen display in the incorrect language translation as seen in Move ASSEMBLY form

It is expected that the language translation for ICX: Language = Brazil Portuguese is used in the form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. MSCA user is setup (ICX: Language = Brazil Portugese)
2. Login to responsibility WAyY MSCA Production Brazil
3. Select Move ASSY, the screens displays wrong language translation
