When clicking the next button on the ibuSRIdentifyProblem.jsp, the following Error occurs:

Steps To Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) iSupport
2. Create Service Request
3. Enter SR details in ibuSRIdentifyProblem.jsp
4. Click on Next (B)
