R12: OIE: Credit Cards Are Not Getting Automatically Activated After Loading and Employee Matching (Doc ID 1184053.1)

Symptoms

Cards are not automatically getting activated after being assigned to an Employee from the Employee Matching Rules attached to the Credit Card Loader and Validation program.

The results of the text_value field in following query returns 'N' or null.

 

Changes

The Enable Automatic Activation Node was activated in the workflow definition, however, the Function was not enabled. The function is still set to the Default value of No.
