Notes & Task Region Not Allowing Personalization At Function Level In Quotes And Proposals (Doc ID 1184363.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, HTML User Interface

Unable to personalize Task at "Function" level, only available options are Site, Org and Resp levels.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able personalize at Function level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Dashboard
2. Click Quotes
3. Select a Quote
4. Click "Notes and Tasks" tab
5. Scroll down till "Tasks" region
6. Click on link it says --> Personalize "Standard Task Buttons"

Scope Region: Standard Tasks Buttons
Document Name /oracle/apps/jtf/cac/task/webui/CacTaskButtonRN
Site Include
Organization  <ORG Name>
Responsibility <Responsibility Name>
------------

"Function" level should be there in addition to Site, Org and Resp.
