MDSRuntimeException: Unable Find Metamodel Defn Error When Searching Candidates (Doc ID 1185594.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to search for candidates, the following error occurs:

Error :

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.irc.candidateSearch.server.SearchAM'.

Steps :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1) With personalizations disabled, navigate to iRecruitment Recruiter > iRecruitment Home
2) Click on Candidates tab or link 3. Search for Candidates
