Find when trying to run the' EMEA VAT: Pre Reporting Process'. In the input parameter chose 'Reporting Level' as 'Ledger'. But in the input parameter 'Ledger' unable to find any values in the LOV

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.AP localized responsibility
2.Requests > submit > choose: EMEA VAT: Pre Reporting Process'
3. try to Enter the program parameter 'Ledger' LOV is empty
