Create a Script, and as part of the Script creation, replace a panel with custom HTML code.

Deploy the Script.

(R) Survey Administrator
(N) Campaign

Create an iSurvey Campaign/Cycle and Deployment and assign the script created above.

Activate the Deployment and capture the URL.

(N) Browser Window

Start the iSurvey from the URL, the panel replaced with HTML is not shown and

Gives the error :

You have encountered an unexpected error. please contact your sysadmin for assistance.
