iSupport: HTTP 400 Bad Request Error While Creating/Updating Request Template

While working with Templates, the following error appears in iSupport:


HTTP 400 Bad Request


1. When attempting to create a Template by adding a question and answer:

  - Create a new Template
  - Add a question/answer and click on the Back to Template button.

2. When pasting special text into the Notes field, such as the following:

   for i in `seq -w 1 20 `
     (time $LOC/ )  > $LOC/results/${i}_out 2>&1 &
   dd if=/abcde/scratch101/test/delete bs=4M of=/dev/null
