Symptoms
Asset Actual Cost shows zero while Work Orders for Asset have positive Actual Cost.
Example:
1) Assets Tab > Assets: Capital > Assets: Cost for WO ABCDEF: Actual Cost = 0, Estimated Cost = 34,515.46, Variance = 34,515.46.
2) Work Order Tab > Work Orders: All > Work Order ABCDEF: Actual Cost = 34,515,46, Estimated Cost = 34,515.46, Variance = 0, Estimation Status = Complete

Asset Actual Cost:
Self Service Work Order Management responsibility > Assets tab > search for Asset Number > view Costs > click Work Order Cost Details
Work Order Cost:
Self Service Work Order Management responsibility > Work Orders tab > search for Worlk Order > view Costs > (optionally) click Actual Cost link > (optionally) click View transactions
