Restrict Sales Team Assignment to Identifying Address on Customer Records (Doc ID 1188552.1)

Symptoms

In Sales Online, more than one sales person is getting assigned to a party. Expectation is to get only one sales person assigned.   Territory Manager setup has been done with a hierarchy and the transaction qualifier based on postal code of the Account. Here a single Account Manager only needs to be assigned to the Party. 

This can be reproduced with the following steps:
(R) Sales Online User
(N) Customer tab
Create a Party in Sales Online with Bill to Address, ex: in 'UK'
Add another address for the party with the Bill to Address, say as 'Germany'
Run the requisite processes to assign sales person to the Party and see that more than one sales person is assigned
