Symptoms

Find that opening SR details (by clicking on the SR link in the dashboard) takes an unacceptable time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Synchronize MFS laptop
2. On the first page - task list - click on an SR number
3. Wait for the SR details page to load
