On : version, Pensions funtionality

We have implemented the LGPS Pensionable pay using configuration values and user defined formula for recurring pensionable allowances.

The user defined formula derives the annual allowance value from the base elements input values. The contractual pensionable pay calculated is doubled up for some elements.

Closer examination reveals that the fast formula is being run twice for elements that have adjustments in the pay period.

The Honorarium value have been calculated twice and added to the Contractual pay against the extra details of service.

The formula here calculates the simplest case of Pay Value * Pay Periods (12) and returns the value.

The Fast Formula is used by the configuration values only.
The element has an manual adjustment made for the first payroll run. The adjustment is made using the "Show Adjustment" tick box on the element entry.

Expect the values to be calculated only once
