Symptoms

The Fixed Assets Additions Integrator, when accessed for the first time, goes directly from Select Integrator Parameters > to Select Viewer > to Select Layout > to save.

When accessed again,it goes through Select Integrator Parameters > to Select Integrator then back > to Select Integrator Parameters >to Select Viewer > to Select Layout > to Select Content (missing completely when accessed the first time)
to document creation review (also missing completely from the first time).

User always needs to go through the assets integrator more than once before it works correctly.
