LPNs in Inventory Have Onhand in Multiple Locations Leading to Negative Balance not Allowed Message

Symptoms
Sales orders are not getting shipped. When running Trip Stop Interface, the LPNs do not get issued out.
The items have a message of negative balance not allowed, although the inventory does not show as negative. From the diagnostic report the MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL (MOQD) information does not match the WMS_LPN_CONTENTS information and more than 1 record exists in MOQD, for different subinventories.
