BI Publisher 10g : Login to BIP 10.1.3.4.1 Version And Get Error - The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings (Doc ID 1192928.1)

Symptom A:

Installed BI Publisher Desktop onto Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Word 2010. When you try to login to BI Publisher you get the following error:

'The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings.'

Symptom B:

When selecting "Load XML data" from the BI Publisher Desktop add-in for Word template, receiving a Microsoft macro error:

"The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro Security settings."

The Word Trust Center is set to "Enable All Macros" and the TemplateBuilder.dot and the TBCrossTab.dot are both loaded and active.

Changes A:

New install of BI Publisher Desktop Edition

Changes B:

MS Word 2010 install was previously attempted.
