This document includes all versions of Oracle EBS 11i and R12
Symptoms
Move order line allocations are not being restricted to the source subinventory defined in the Inventory Picking Rule.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------
When move order are created with auto allocation should allow allocate to source sub inventory which is defined in picking rule and should not allocate to any other sub-inventory.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a Picking rule, applicable to OPM Manufacturing with Lot: FIFO sorting and enable for one Org: with a different source sub-inventory.
2. Create a batch.
3. Enter the supply sub-inventory, where it has stock with Available to Reserve (ATR) and Available to Transact (ATT).
4. Then create the move order from picking. The move order is created with auto-allocation to supply subinventory instead of source-subinventory defined in picking rule.
