PDF Reports Show Arabic Characters As Question Marks (Doc ID 1199013.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 12.1.1:
Find that when try to print pdf document from 'Supplier Printable View' or 'Buyer Printable View', the Arabic characters in the document appear as question marks.

-- Steps.
1. Use Sourcing User Responsibility and click on monitor icon of a negotiation.
2. From the Actions menu, select Buyer Printable View or Supplier Printable View and click on Go.
3. Check the output which shows Arabic characters as question marks.
