Symptoms
In the Asset Workbench, when trying to open Global DFF JG_FA_ADDITIONS defined for Russian CLE localization, or other regional localizations, the following error occurs :
ERROR

APP-FND-00699: The value "JE.RU.FAXMADDS.FA_MASS_ADD" in the context field "Context Value" is invalid in the descriptive flexfield "JG_FA_ADDITIONS". Please choose a valid value.
Where JE.XX is the regional localization determination. Ex.
JL.AR.FAXMADDS.FA_MASS_ADD = Argentina
JE.RU.FAXMADDS.FA_MASS_ADD = Russia
JL.MX.FAXMADDS.FA_MASS_ADD = Mexico
etc.
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1) In Prepare mass additions form , enter values into Global Descriptive Flexfield for Russian Localization
2) Post mass additions
3) In the asset workbench , query related asset and try to open the equivalent Global DFF JG_FA_ADDITIONS
